    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 21, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to petitioner, respondent reviewed
    petitioner’s revised budget, and has requested additional information. Settlement discussions
    may be delayed while petitioner attempts to comply with respondent’s request.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 28, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
