HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

  

On or about September 20, 2004, the parties informed the hearing officer that the

complainant had a conflict with the September 23, 2004, telephonic status and requested that it

be rescheduled. To that end, the September 23, 2004, telephonic status conference is cancelled

and rescheduled to the date and time as noted below.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on October 28, 2004, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by

the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
