HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 21, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has advised the parties that it will
approve the proposed settlement agreement if language is added to address one minor issue. The
parties hope that the proposed settlement will be filed with the Board before the next status
conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 23, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. If the proposed settlement agreement is filed before that date, the status conference
shall be cancelled with no further notice.
