WAIVER
OF STATUTORY DECISION DEADLINE
On August 18, 2004, the Petitioner, Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater
Chicago (“District”), filed with the Illinois Pollution Control Board (“Board”) a Petition For
NPDES Permit Appeal. On September 2, 2004, the Board accepted the petition for hearing. The
District hereby waives the 120-day statutory decision deadline as provided for in 35 Iii Adm.
Code 101.308. The District’s
waiver is an open waiver as specifically provided for in Section
101 .308(c)(1).
