HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 16, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent Batteast
Construction Company, Inc., (Batteast) did not appear. The complainant represented that
Batteast has not answered it interrogatories and it anticipates that it will file a motion to compel.
The complainant further represented that discovery as to respondent 4832 S. Vincennes, L.P., is
proceeding as scheduled.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 21, 2004, at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
