HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On September 16, 2004, a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer was held.

Respondent did not appear. The complainant represented that respondent is preparing a

corrective action report to submit to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for its review.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on November 18, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
