    I am responding to a request to verify the date of service ofthe Administrative Citation on

    to notice the date ofservice on the “green” card.
    However,
    the citation was mailed on December

    1996.
    We forwarded the card to
    you on February

    1997.
    More than
    30 days have passed since the transmittal ofthe signed return receipt card.
    Therefore, although the date ofactual service cannot be
    shown on the card, more than 30 days
    have passed since the return ofthe return receipt.
    I would ask that the thirty days be
    shown to have run under these circumstances.
