OFFICER ORDER
On September 9, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that it appears a settlement has been reached and that the
parties are circulating a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) for review. The
parties are optimistic that the stipulation will be filed in the near future.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 21, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be c~ancel1edwithout further order.
