HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 8,
2004, all parties participated in
a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer.
The parties represented that they are still discussing the terms the stipulation and
proposal for settlement
(stipulation) and that respondent is reviewing a revised stipulation.
By
agreement, the respondent’s
answer is now due on orbefore November 8, 2004.
The parties ortheir legal representatives are directed to
participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 6, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
