OFFICER ORDER
On September 8, 2004, all remaining parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondent Roberts Environmental Control, Inc., (Roberts)
represented that it is still reviewing a settlement offer forwarded to it by the complainant. The
respondent made an oral motion for extension oftime to file its answer. Complainant did not
object. Respondent’s motion is granted and its answer is now due to be filed on orbefore
September 10, 2004.
The parties ortheir legal representatives are directed~toparticipate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 16, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
