OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for September 9, 2004. Respondent did
not appear. The petitioner informed the hearing officer that the parties have had a series of
meetings regarding a related appeal. It is anticipated by the petitioner that resolution ofthe
related appeal will resolve the above-captioned appeal.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 28, 2004, at

a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss this matter is filed prior to the next status conferen~e,the status conference will be
cancelled without further order.
