HEARING
OFFICER ORDER
On September 9, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer.
The respondents represented that the completion ofthe plans by the architect
have been somewhat delayed but should be completed in the near future.
The respondent also
represented that it is proceeding with the septic permit proceedings and that it is close to
resolving that issue.
Respondent represented that it has forwarded
the revised settlement
document to the complainants.
The complainants are at present reviewing them.
Finally, the
respondent represented that it is proceeding with otherprojects in an attempt to expedite the
progress ofthe new keimel.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on October 21, 2004,
at 11:45
a.m.
The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status ofthe above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
