2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer.
The petitioner represented that it will forward the most recent draft ofthe site-
specific
rulemaking to the respondent forreview.
The petitioner remains optimistic that itwill
file the site-specific rulemaking with the Board which is modeled after R02-20 in the future.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on November
18, 2004, at
11:00 a.m.
The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its
own appearance.
At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the
status ofthe above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
