Respondent Troy Williamson did not appear.
The complainant represented that Williamson
contacted it and stated that the cleanup has been completed and that he will review and sign the
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) in the near future.
Respondent Swords
Veneer and Lumber Company anticipates signing the stipulation as well.
The parties are directed to
