NOW COMES Petitioner Aflon Chemical Corporation, f/k/aEthyl Petroleum
Additives,
Inc.,
by and through its attorneys, HODGE DWYER ZEMAN, and hereby
moves the Board to amend the caption in this matter to reflect the name change of Ethyl
Petroleum Additives,
Inc. to Afton Chemical Corporation.
In support ofthis Motion,
Afton Chemical Corporation, flk/aEthyl Petroleum Additives, Inc.
states as follows:
1.
Effective July
1,
2004, the Ethyl Petroleum Additives,
Inc. facility in
Sauget, Illinois changed its name to Afton Chemical Corporation.
2.
Therefore, the caption in this proceeding should
be amended to reflect the
current name ofthe facility at issue in the permit
appeal.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner Afton Chemical Corporation, flk/a Ethyl Petroleum
Additives, Inc.,
by its
