HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
The decision deadline in this case is December 16, 2004. If petitioner does not agree to
waive this deadline, the parties must be prepared for a hearing date no later than
October 15, 2004.
