HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2004, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule. The discovery
schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: all written discovery to be served on or before
October 25, 2004; responses to all written discovery to be served on or before December 9,
2004; all fact witness depositions to be completed on or before February 7, 2005; all opinion
witness depositions to be completed on or before April 25, 2005; all depositions completed on or
before May 25, 2005; all dispositive motions filed on or before July 25, 2005.
 
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 7, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
