HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 2, 2004, the parties informed the hearing officer that a settlement has been
achieved and that the petitioner anticipates that it will file a voluntary motion to dismiss. The
respondent’s attorney is reminded to file its appearance.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 14, 2004, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without
further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
