HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 22, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. On August 6, 2004, the petitioner filed a status report stating the parties have
agreed to request that any telephonic status conferences and rulings in this matter, including the
fully briefed and pending cross-motions for summary judgment, be continued for 90 days while
discussions continue that may deem this matter moot. That request is granted.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 27, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
