    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On July 7, 1998, petitioner filed an agreed motion to postpone the date by which
    petitioner must file a motion for an

    hearing. Petitioner requests an extension to file
    any motion for an

    hearing by August 6, 1998. Respondent agrees with petitioner’s
    request.
    The Board grants the motion. Accordingly, petitioner is ordered to file any motion and
    supporting memorandum for an

    hearing by August 6, 1998.
