HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 31, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent is considering the penalty amount proposed by the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on October 5, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant, although each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be
prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
