HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On August 31, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. The attorneys for both parties have decided to forego meeting with respondent’s

technical unit. Instead, respondent’s attorney will send the relevant information to petitioner’s

attorney, and they will discuss whether this appeal may be dismissed.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 2:30 p.m. on October 28, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
