HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On or about August 11, 2004, the complainant notified the hearing officer that it would

not be able to appear at the August 19, 2004, status conference and requested that it be

rescheduled. The complainant represented that the respondent had no objection. To that end, the

August 19, 2004 status conference was cancelled and is rescheduled to the date and time noted

below.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on September 14,

2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but

each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
