HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On August 19, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule and is accepted to the

extent as follows: written discovery must be served on or before September 9, 2004, and

responses to written discovery to be served on or before October 11, 2004.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on October 14, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
