HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 19, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties represented
that they are awaiting the Board’s ruling on the petitioners’ motion for summary judgment. The
petitioner Allied Waste Transportation, Inc., represented that it will file a 30-day waiver of the
statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are reminded that a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer is scheduled for September 8, 2004, at 1:45 p.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
