    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On August 24, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respondents have provided clean-up
    receipts for complainant’s review. Complainant represented that it will draft a stipulation and
    proposal for settlement (stipulation) and forward it to the respondents for their review.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on October 12, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference,
    the conference will be cancelled without further order.
