HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 24, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. This case is related to on-going settlement negotiations in People v. Saint-
Gobain Containers, Inc. (PCB 03-22). When that case is resolved, petitioner will dismiss this
docket.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:15 a.m. on November 16, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner, although each party is responsible for their own appearance. At the status conference,
the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
