To Whom It May Concern:
Please consider this letter my request that the Illinois Pollution Control Board adjust the
standard ruling for the shingle recycling process presented by Falcon Waste and
Recycling Inc.
Falcon Waste and Recycling Inc. has requested that their process be considered as a
recycling process instead of a waste handling or waste disposal process. Falcon’s process
prevents the shingle scraps from being sent to a landfill for disposal by making a new
product.
New and innovative processes such as Falcon’s should be considered both for their
economical and environmental benefits. Thank you for your time and consideration.
