    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 19, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a draft stipulation and settlement proposal
    within the next week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated
    by the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
