HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent again did not appear. Petitioner is still waiting for respondent to
send revised language on several permit conditions. When petitioner has an opportunity to
review the language, the parties may know more about where they stand on the remaining issues.
