ORDER OF THE BOARD (by K.M. Hennessey):
On June 19, 1998, Daniel Miller (Miller), one of the complainants in this case, filed a
letter with the hearing officer stating that he “is no longer a party to the case # PCB 97-50.”
The hearing officer considered the letter a motion to withdraw from the case and referred it to
the Board by order dated June 23, 1998.
No one filed a response to Miller’s letter. The Board grants Miller’s request and
dismisses him as a complainant in this case. The Board also has revised the caption to reflect
Miller’s dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 8th day of July 1998, by a vote of 5-0.
Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
Illinois Pollution Control Board
