HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 5, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respondents have agreed to the settlement
terms and that it will draft a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) for review. The
complainant agreed to an extension of time for the respondents to file their answer, if needed, to
and including November 15, 2004. To that end, the respondents’ answer is now due to be filed
on or before November 15, 2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 14, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Please note the change of
time. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed before the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
