    OFFICER ORDER
    On September
    11, 2002,
    the hearing officer received a letter from the complainant
    representing that she missed the August 27,
    2002 status
    conference because she
    is under
    physician care.
    Respondent’s motion to
    compel certain discovery was scheduled to be
    addressed at the August 27,
    2002 conference.
    The complainant indicates that she anticipates
    that she will be under physician care until October 2002.
    To that end, the telephonic status
    conference previously scheduled for September
    25,
    2002,
    is hereby canceled.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing
    officer on October
    17, 2002,
    at
    11:00 a.m.
    Ifthe complainant is unable to appear due to
    health concerns, the complainant
    is directed to notify the hearing officer prior to that date.
    In
    any
    event, the conference must be
    initiated by the complainant, but each party
    is nonetheless
    responsible for its own appearance.
    At the
    status conference,
    the parties must be prepared
    to
    discuss the status of the above-captioned matter, including
    the status of discovery,
    and their
    readiness for hearing.
