    Complainant did not appear at the scheduled telephonic status conferences set for
    September
    5,
    2002,
    and on October
    17, 2002.
    On September
    11, 2002,
    the hearing officer
    received a letter from the complainant indicating that she would not be able to appear at
    telephonic status conferences until October 2002, because she was under doctors
    care.
    On
    October 23, 2002,
    the hearing officer issued an order requesting that the complaint contact the
    hearing~officereither by U.S. Mail or by telephone regarding het ~vai1abi1ityofanother
    telephonic status conference on orbefore November 21,
    2002.
    The coihplaint has failed to do so.
    The complainant is directed to appear at the next status conference.
    The date and time are noted
    below.
    Ifthe complainant fails to appear at the next status conference, this matter will be
    referred to the Board for appropriate sanctions.
    It is noted that the hearing officer left a message
    on complainant’s answering machine alerting her to this
    order and the February 10,
    2003, status
    conference on February 4,
    2003.
    The parties are directed to
    participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on February 10, 2003, at
    1:30 p.m.
    The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance.
    At the staus
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
