Dear Ms.
    Gunn, and Mr. Halloran,
    RECEIVED
    CJ.~ERK’SOFFICE
    I have enclosed
    a copy of note from
one of my physician’s verifying that I have had significant health
problems over the last several months.
    My health,
the side effects of my medical condition,
    and the medications
    I am taking unfortunately have
resulted in my having reduced abilities to carry on normal daily functions and routine, which have affected
my abilities to be able to work on my noise complaint as is necessary.
The noise from the school’s AC system continues,
despite my offer to talk to
    the school superintendent
about the noise problem in an effort
    to drop my complaint,
    and
I am sure it will still be going on
    when
    I
am medically/physically able to return working on this matter,
and resume preparation for our hearing
    regarding
    the noise coming from
    the North Pointe school.
I will keep you both apprised of my situation,
and advise you when I will be ready to resume consistent
act, vity on hearing preparation, and I will await any further orders from you
    If you have any questions,
    feel free to contact me
    Thank
    you.
    Sincerely,
    4--
