    Re:
    PCBO2-l0
    Dear Ms. Gunn,
Please be advised that I am in receipt of both the February
    19, 2003 and
    March
17, 2003 letter directed to Bradley Halloran regarding the
    above referenced case.
The school district has before the board a motion
    to
    dismiss and in
    reviewing both
    the February
    19th
    and the March
    17th
letter I find nothing that changes the position of the
    Unit #
    5
    school district.
Ms. Lawrence again references the alleged noise problem to be
affecting “neighbors” yet we have only one
individual who has a complaint, i.e. Rebecca
    Lawrence.
The truth ofthe matter is Unit #
    5
intends to call adjacent owners whose
    testimony will negate Ms. Lawrence.
    In closing to
continue this matter for a 4-5 month period or until her health is
    more predicable is totally unacceptable.
The board should dismiss the case with
    prejudice.
