Dear Ms. Gunn,
Please be advised that I am in receipt of both the February
19, 2003 and
March
17, 2003 letter directed to Bradley Halloran regarding the
above referenced case.
The school district has before the board a motion
to
dismiss and in
reviewing both
the February
19th
and the March
17th
letter I find nothing that changes the position of the
Unit #
5
school district.
Ms. Lawrence again references the alleged noise problem to be
affecting “neighbors” yet we have only one
individual who has a complaint, i.e. Rebecca
Lawrence.
The truth ofthe matter is Unit #
5
intends to call adjacent owners whose
testimony will negate Ms. Lawrence.
In closing to
continue this matter for a 4-5 month period or until her health is
more predicable is totally unacceptable.
The board should dismiss the case with
prejudice.
