HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 4, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent Wooten
Construction, Ltd., did not appear, nor did it appear at the telephonic status conferences held on
June 29, 2004. The parties anticipate a settlement conference with the complainant prior to the
next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 14, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
