HEARING OFFICER ORDER

Due to a conflict with the hearing officer’s schedule, the telephonic status conference

scheduled for August 10, 2004, is cancelled and has been rescheduled to the date and time

below.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on August 24, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. Please inform the hearing

officer if any party has a conflict. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the

petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
