    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 3, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The respondents represented that the plans by the architect should be completed
    by next week and that it will forward them to the complainants for their review. Respondent also
    represented that it will forward a revised settlement document to the complainants by next week.
    Once the plans are completed, the building permit process will commence.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on September 9, 2004, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
