    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On August 3, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. At the next status conference, this
    case will be set for hearing unless petitioner files, or agrees to file, an additional waiver of the
    decision deadline.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 1, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the petitioner
     
    The statutory decision deadline is currently December 31, 2004, which would require the
    Board to decide this matter at its meeting on December 16, 2004.
