    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 3, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Before dismissing this case, petitioner is waiting for a final letter from
    respondent memorializing the settlement agreement. Respondent is still working on the letter.
     
    If petitioner’s motion to dismiss has not been filed, the parties are directed to participate
    in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 1, 2004.
    The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently December 22, 2004.
