    On June 2, 1998, the Board received from Thomas A. Hamilton an application for
    admission
    pro hac vice
    . Mr. Hamilton, a licensed Ohio attorney and an associate with
    Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Chicago, seeks leave to represent petitioner in the above-
    captioned matter before the Board. Mr. Hamilton will take the Illinois Bar Examination in
    July, 1998, and will be supervised in this matter by Roy Harsch, a partner with Gardner,
    Carton & Douglas. The Board admits Mr. Hamilton
    pro hac vice
    . The Board will hold the
    petition for variance awaiting receipt of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
    recommendation, pursuant to 415 ILCS 5/37(a) (1996).
