HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 29, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties represented that
they are awaiting the Board’s ruling on the petitioners’ motion for summary judgment.
The parties or their legal representatives are reminded that a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer is scheduled for August 19, 2004, at 1:45 p.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
