HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 28, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner again requested the administrative records for these dockets.
Respondent disputed the need for the records, as it has offered to restore almost everything cut
from the budgets in all dockets except PCB 04-171. The parties reached the following
agreement. By August 12, 2004, respondent will either propose a reasonable settlement offer for
PCB 04-171, or produce the administrative records for all of the consolidated dockets.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 12, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prep
ared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadlines in these dockets.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
