HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 22, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has reviewed financial information
forwarded to it by the respondents and has significantly reduced the penalty demand. The
respondent represented that they are in the process of retaining an attorney.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 5, 2004, at 11:15 a.m. Please note the change of
time. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
