    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 27, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they have had productive settlement discussions and
will continue to do so. The parties made an agreed oral motion for an extension of time to file
respondent’s answer. The motion is granted and the respondent’s answer is now due on or
    before September 22, 2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 8, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
