    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On July 27, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to work on language for the final settlement proposal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 24, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
