    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Illiopolis Grain Company
    (Illiopolis) asking the Board to review a January 27, 2004 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). The petition was filed in regards to Illiopolis’
    leaking underground petroleum storage tank facility site located at 246 Louisia Street, Illioplis,
    Sangamon County.
     
    On July 19, 2004, Illiopolis filed a motion to dismiss the petition. In the motion,
    Illiopolis asserts that the matters for which the petition was filed have been fully compromised
    and settled. The motion is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the
    docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
