    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Knapp Oil Company (Knapp)
    asking the Board to review an October 24, 2003 determination of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency). The petition was filed in regards to Knapp’s underground
    petroleum storage facility 1117 East 5th Street, Metropolis, Massac County.
     
    On July 6, 2004, Knapp filed a motion to dismiss the petition. In the motion, Knapp
    asserts that the matters for which the petition was filed have been fully compromised and settled.
    The motion is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
