    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.P. Novak):
     
    On April 15, 2004, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until July 6, 2004, the time
    period for Southern Farms Country Eggs, Inc. to appeal a March 1, 2004 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    Adm. Code 101.300(b), 105.402, 105.406. The Agency approved petitioner’s request for
    reimbursement from the UST Fund, with modifications, for high priority corrective action plan,
    with modifications, for Southern Farms Country Eggs’ leaking underground petroleum storage
    tank facility located at 810 Lake Park Drive, Germantown, Clinton County. Because petitioner
    failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
